Tandoori Chicken

Tandoori Chicken:

1 kg Lamb, Chicken or Soya Chicken Breast

1/4 Cup of yogurt or Clover Maas

4 Tablespoons Tandoori Marinade

Method:

Marinade chicken, soya chicken breast, or lamb with tandoori marinade and clover maas as well as the lemon juice.
Then grill or braai as desired.
Add chunks of pineapple 5 minutes before serving (optional).
