Fish Curry or Seafood

Fish Curry or any Seafood Dishes:

For 1kg fish:

Use oil as required

4 Tablespoons Seafood Masala

1/4 Cup Tamrind Juice

2 Medium sized onions

2 Teaspoons Onion and Rice Spice

3 Large Tomatoes (Pureed/Grated)

Method:

Fry onions in oil until golden brown
Add onion and rice spice, tomatoes, fish, masala.
Lower heat, stir allowing the spices to saturate.
Add fish and tamrind juice.
Cook for 15 minutes
Add Dhania and Curry Leaves
